These are a 3 pack of single throw - double action ON - OFF toggle switches.

So from the front they look like a single on-off toggle switch. From the back you have four ring connectors. Each pair of connectors is a single unrelated circuit. You could use a single switch to switch a 12v and a 24v device or two seperate functions. 2x15A switch in one switch.
